October 2005 - PresentCarrie Alexander is responsible for processing paperwork for payment of over $2,000,000 of invoices per month. I work with vendors and fellow employees to ensure this process goes smoothly. I provide back-up with entering daily cash reports. I also provide back-up to the City Hall receptionist. I work with a small team in the Accounting department, which includes covering other desks when co-workers are out of the office. I process incoming mail, and maintain records retention.
